Ethan Carrick, President of the Vampire Nation, wants to get re-elected. His campaign manager tells him he needs a wife. Ethan chooses his dentist, Brittany Baldizzi, an Impure, but her sister Alexis says there’s no way that’s going to happen. However, once he sees the little dynamo in action, he decides she'll make a better mate, only Alexis doesn't see it that way. She agrees to stay with Ethan for a week so that he will release her sister, except Brittany knows the truth about them and wants to save them from eternal damnation.

When I read the blurb for this book and saw the cover art, I thought “Oh no. This is going to stink”, but I was pleasantly surprised. While the sisters lacked a bit of depth of character, the story is witty, fast paced, and more than makes up for any lack there in. The author left some things hanging which leads me to believe this is an ongoing series and if so, I will be looking forward to the next installment.
