Sisters Celeste and Corinne Carson are both authors, each with their own best-selling series. Celeste finds herself warped into Jarred's universe full of futuristic worlds and space travel. Jarred is intent on dishing out punishment to Celeste in the sexual form, then discarding her as a sexsub to the Kyristari King. Only, Jarred soon realizes that he can't stand the thought of De'Lar's hands on Celeste and finds that he can't live without the woman who has been the bane of his existence for the past decade.
Rarely do we come across books that provide so many genres in one story. This book provides the reader with fantasy, romance, sci-fi, and erotica, all wrapped into one fabulous tale. While I usually shy away from fantasy and sci-fi, this book was so well rounded, it was easy to overlook the fact that these genres usually make me cringe.
With an original plot, I was extremely entertained and couldn't wait to see what happened next. The only downfall to this book was the lack of insight to the characters' psyche. Overall, I was extremely impressed and would recommend this book to anyone that's looking for a book that takes you off the beaten path.
