This is the second book from Sanderson and one that has me looking for his first novel (warts and all) and looking foward to his third. Ignore the hype tying this book to an older Trilogy; you need know nothing of that to dive into a world of magic driven by metals, death to any who oppose the ruler, world changers who we meet as anything but, and a story that will hold you from the moment you lock into either of the two main characters.

Oh, yeah, this one goes on the top shelf...
