For those that have read the previous installment to this series, Conspiracy Game, this book is a must-have. Again, the author delivers exquisitely. This story involves the tale of Ken and Mari, Jack and Briony's brother and sister. As with the first previous book, there was a lot of tactical explanations and the political drivers of the plot became a bit hard to follow along with, but overall, the plot more than made up for this small downfall.

Excellently established characters and a fast-paced, action-packed story line make it next to impossible to put this book down.

A must read!
