Triple Exposure: Colleen Thompson

Triple Exposure: Colleen ThompsonYet another book about redneck romance given to us by Colleen Thompson; Triple Exposure gives us more bowls full of useless leftover hick drama than 'tater salad at a family reunion. A murderess photographer runs back home to papa to escape the tabloids and harassing phone calls and ends up finding the love of her life in a worn shell of a man that I swore had to be at least fifty by the way his actions and apathy was described. With lightening fast sex appeal, several near misses and a chance to save the girl, this cowboy ain’t planning on going up the brokeback mountain any time soon.

The ‘observer’ wishes revenge and will do anything to make Rachel Copeland pay for the death of Kyle and apparently she’s innocent or at least that’s what she is telling the harpies in the local salon at home, where else but good ol’ Texas. More stalking, more bantering about who said what to whom and who’s doing who and who’s moved in where makes my head spin more than any soap opera on the market today. Drama fuels the ink on the page and in the end the fiery heat of the desert gets the hormones flowing and the bad guys packing.
